The latest project phase included a new collaboration with Dixons/Carphone Warehouse. Hive was tasked with researching how potential customers browse their purchases and what happens when they move from online to offline and vice versa: our ultimate aim being to first map out and then improve this journey.

To date, we’ve produced sites for Google, Dixons, and PC World. The research carried out is now being used internally at Google for insights in how to improve a customer's purchase experience, both digitally and in their new physical stores.
